• • As a Software Engineer on the AI Voice Agent team at Aircall, you will build and maintain production-grade AI systems that power real-time voice interactions for thousands of customers worldwide, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, you will design, develop, and optimize low-latency voice infrastructure and LLM-powered features, ensuring seamless, natural-sounding AI conversations that can execute actions and intelligently hand off to human agents when needed.
• • You will join a fast-moving, product-driven engineering team at Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform headquartered in Paris with a strong North American presence in Seattle and global offices, backed by world-class investors and scaling rapidly through AI innovation.
