- • As a Software Engineer on the Forecasting & Scheduling team at Assembled Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in building the intelligent systems that balance human agents and AI to optimize customer support operations at scale. Your work will directly impact how companies like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood staff and automate their support teams, enabling faster, better service through data-driven decisions.
- • Day to day, you will develop forecasting interfaces, data pipelines, and inference servers to predict support contact volume and determine optimal agent staffing levels; design and implement scheduling systems that incorporate team preferences and business constraints (such as labor laws) to generate optimal schedules for thousands of support agents; and enhance MLOps practices to support rapid, reliable machine learning model deployment and iteration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Familiarity with ML packages and software: Experience using Python libraries like pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive work.
- • Background in ML or algorithmic teams: Previous experience working on a machine learning or algorithmic team.
