• • As a Software Engineer, Growth - Paid Ads & Acquisition at Chime, you will build and scale the systems that power user acquisition at scale, directly influencing how hundreds of millions in paid media spend are deployed and optimized to help millions achieve financial progress.
• • Day to day, you will build and scale backend services, data pipelines, and APIs; develop and maintain integrations with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliate); partner with marketing, data science, analytics, and product teams; design measurement systems for LTV/CAC, attribution, and incrementality; support incentive and partnership platforms; prototype and iterate on experiments; analyze system and campaign performance; improve reliability, scalability, and observability; and contribute to technical excellence through code reviews and mentorship.
