- • Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure backend services for UiPath Test Cloud, a next-generation agentic testing platform powered by AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- • Own end-to-end delivery of features from design and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations for cloud-native, distributed systems.
- • Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous data pipelines using C# and .NET Core, with a focus on enterprise-scale performance and security.
- • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across geographies to translate customer problems into well-architected backend capabilities and clean, usable APIs.
- • Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven, autonomous testing capabilities by building orchestration layers, data foundations, and service integrations that power agentic testing workflows.
- • Work with modern cloud infrastructure on Azure, including Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, and event-driven systems to ensure high availability and scalability.
- • Build and maintain integrations with ALM tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps ecosystems to enable seamless test automation within enterprise software delivery workflows.
- • Contribute to frontend components when needed using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver full-stack features and collaborate effectively across teams.
- • Apply strong object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns to create maintainable, extensible systems that support rapid innovation.
- • Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing), and comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- • Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale cloud services to meet enterprise-grade reliability and performance standards.
- • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, agentic systems, and cloud-native architectures to innovate and enhance the Test Cloud platform’s capabilities.
- • Apply analytical and strategic problem-solving to break down complex technical challenges and provide well-informed architecture and design recommendations.
- • Leverage AI tools in day-to-day development to improve productivity and code quality.
- • Ensure operational excellence through accountability for system health, incident response, and continuous improvement of deployed services.
- • Contribute to the development of data models and queries using SQL and NoSQL technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB for scalable data storage and retrieval.
- • Drive innovation in intelligent testing by enhancing self-healing, adaptive test generation, and automated test coverage through backend systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, building production backend services for cloud-based, distributed systems
- • Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core; Java, Node.js, or Go also considered
- • Experience designing and operating services on a major cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valuable)
- • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous messaging, and service-to-service communication patterns
- • Working experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases including schema design, query performance, and data modeling for scale
- • Comfortable contributing to frontend development with Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, or CSS to deliver end-to-end features
