📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer II on the Data Platform team at Sony Interactive Entertainment, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems that power data-driven features across PlayStation’s ecosystem, supporting millions of users and creators worldwide.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying production-grade code; collaborating with global engineering teams across time zones; supporting data cataloging, analytics, and ETL/ELT pipelines; identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks; building services for structured and unstructured data (audio, video, text, images); participating in on-call rotations; contributing to documentation; presenting work in team demos; and continuously learning emerging technologies in the data platform space.
