• • Join UiPath’s 2026 Summer Internship in Bucharest and spend three high-impact months building software that eliminates repetitive work for millions of users worldwide. You will be embedded in one of our core Engineering teams—either Back-End or Full-Stack—where every line of code you ship reaches Fortune-500 customers within weeks.
• • From day one you will own a slice of a real product roadmap. After a structured boot-camp covering our tech stack (C#, .NET 6, Kubernetes, Azure, React, TypeScript), you will be paired with a senior mentor and tasked with delivering a feature end-to-end: design, implementation, automated tests, code review, and production deployment. Past interns have built new REST endpoints that cut robot deployment time by 40%, created data-visualization panels now used by 1,200+ enterprise dashboards, and optimized queuing logic that saves 3.5 million CPU hours per year.
• • You will participate in weekly architecture guilds where principal engineers debate design trade-offs, and you will be encouraged to present your own proposals. Expect to whiteboard distributed-systems problems, review pull requests from staff engineers, and see your suggestions merged into the main branch.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of UiPath. You will work directly with Product Managers to translate customer pain points into user stories, with UX designers to refine wireframes, and with QA to define test strategies. You will demo your progress every second Friday to stakeholders across Bucharest, Bengaluru, Seattle, and Tokyo, gaining global visibility.
• • We run an experimentation culture: you will instrument your features, analyze telemetry, and iterate based on real usage data. You will learn to balance velocity with reliability by participating in on-call shadow rotations and post-incident reviews.
• • Beyond code, you will join a cohort of 40+ interns for leadership talks, hack-days, and social impact projects. Last summer’s cohort built an internal bot that automated 12,000 hours of manual compliance checks and donated the saved time to local NGOs.
• • At the end of the three months you will present your work to the VP of Engineering and the CTO. High-performing interns receive return offers for full-time roles starting immediately after graduation, fast-tracked into our two-year Engineering Excellence program.
• • This is a paid, full-time internship (40 hours/week) running June–August 2026, located in our modern Bucharest office with hybrid flexibility. You will receive a dedicated MacBook Pro, access to cloud sandboxes, and a $1,200 learning stipend for courses, books, or conferences of your choice.
