📋 Description

• As a Platform Engineer at Revic Optics LLC, you will build and scale the infrastructure behind Revic's AI-native revenue engine, ensuring AI agents operate fast, reliably, and at scale to empower sales professionals by removing administrative friction and letting them focus on human-centric selling.
• You will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and developer platforms that power Revic's AI systems, owning CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management to enable engineers to ship with confidence while improving developer experience through reduced friction in local development, testing, and production debugging.
• You will build and operate observability, monitoring, and alerting systems that catch problems before customers impact, manage the infrastructure layer fueling AI agents, and collaborate with product engineering to design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient systems while championing infrastructure-as-code and operational best practices.
• You will tackle the core challenge of supporting thousands of concurrent AI agent runs pulling from dozens of data sources with low latency, reasonable costs, and high reliability, using your expertise in distributed systems to anticipate failure points and ensure rock-solid foundation for enterprise revenue pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with proven ability to design systems handling real production traffic
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar) with familiarity in data infrastructure (Spark, Databricks, Airflow, or similar) as a strong plus
• Proven track record of reducing deployment times from hours to minutes and building observability that enables fast issue detection and resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage infrastructure supporting data-heavy workloads at scale and wrangle cloud costs without sacrificing performance
