- • As a Senior Software Engineer II at Integon, part of The Allstate Corporation, you will lead the development of solutions within a key commissions system, owning the full stack of software products to support property and casualty insurance servicing for industry-leading affiliates.
- • You will design, develop, and optimize complex full stack solutions using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL, provide technical leadership, contribute to architecture decisions, ensure code quality and scalability, and mentor less experienced developers while collaborating with QA, analysts, and stakeholders.
- • You will join a team that values innovation, agility, and quality, leveraging test-driven development and continuous integration to deliver reliable software that meets evolving customer needs in the insurance industry.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern full stack technologies, drive process improvements, influence engineering standards, and grow as a technical leader shaping the future of insurance technology solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced experience with .NET Core, Angular, and SQL
- • Strong experience with Git and Azure DevOps
- • Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)
- • Proven application of best practices and clean code principles
- • 5+ years of experience in software development
- • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
