📋 Description

• As a Software Engineering (SMTS / MTS) – Platform Engineering role at Salesforce, you will build breakthrough features for a trusted CRM platform used by millions, ensuring stability, scalability, and high-quality releases through architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
• Day to day, you will design and develop distributed systems, write production-ready code for cloud platforms, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute across the full SDLC in a hybrid engineering model focused on microservices and SaaS innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting languages including Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, and C++
• Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and deployment methods
• Experience developing SaaS products on public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proficiency in queues, locks, scheduling, event-driven architecture, and workload distribution
