Software Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a Software Specialist at Perseus Group, you will provide first-level software support directly to customers using the Constellation Suite of Products, playing a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability.
• • Day to day, you will investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, document and communicate software problems to development teams, track tickets accurately in the call management system, and meet service level targets by reassigning tickets when necessary.
• • You will work within the Customer Care team, collaborating closely with development, attending product training and team meetings, and contributing to service improvements through FAQ development and process recommendations.
• • In this role, you will develop strong technical and customer service skills, gain experience in residential and commercial construction software systems, and grow your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
