  • • Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the technology evaluation phase of the sales process, ensuring they understand the profound value and applicability of WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).
  • • This role is designed for individuals who thrive on engaging with our most strategic clients, demonstrating a genuine passion for deeply understanding their unique challenges and articulating how WalkMe's innovative features – including guidance, engagement, insights, and automation – can directly address these needs.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in helping employees boost their efficiency, empowering executives with greater visibility into digital usage, and enabling organizations to maximize their digital assets, ultimately driving successful digital transformation.
  • • By collaborating closely with clients, you will help them unlock the full potential of their existing technology investments, including robust ERP solutions, while seamlessly enhancing user experience and productivity through WalkMe's intuitive DAP.
  • • Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating how WalkMe integrates with and enhances other enterprise software, ensuring a cohesive and optimized digital environment for our clients.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth discovery calls and workshops with prospective clients to uncover their pain points, strategic objectives, and current technology stack.
  • • Based on this understanding, you will design and deliver compelling, customized demonstrations and presentations that showcase the specific value proposition of WalkMe's solutions in addressing client needs.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, business unit managers, and end-users, to foster confidence and drive adoption.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies, particularly within the realm of digital transformation and enterprise software.
  • • You will collaborate with the sales team to develop winning strategies for key accounts, providing technical expertise and solution design throughout the sales cycle.
  • • You will also work closely with the product and engineering teams, providing valuable market feedback and insights to inform product development and roadmap.
  • • The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner is paramount.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and refining solution methodologies, best practices, and reusable assets to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Solution Advisory team.

  • • Ultimately, you will be the architect of our clients' digital success stories, leveraging WalkMe's capabilities to drive efficiency, engagement, and transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory role, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
  • • Strong understanding of enterprise software landscapes, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM, HRIS, and other business-critical applications.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Demonstrated ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • • Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
