- • As a Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge customer engagement solutions for our clients.
- • You will play a pivotal role in the entire solution lifecycle, from initial client engagement and requirement gathering through to configuration, testing, and successful deployment, ensuring our clients achieve best-in-class Salesforce business outcomes.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the configuration of sophisticated solutions, working in close partnership with client engagement teams to translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs.
- • This involves deep collaboration with stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and strategic objectives, enabling them to leverage the full power of Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
- • You will be instrumental in defining user stories, meticulously documenting processes, and overseeing rigorous testing phases to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the delivered solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems.
- • 2 years of demonstrated track record of hands-on configuration of Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
- • Comfortable establishing credibility with key customer decision makers and influencers.
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- • Ability to assess customers' business goals and formulate product and services solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, plus extraordinary listening skills.
