- • As a Solutions Consultant Lead at DualEntry, you will build and lead the Solutions Consulting function from the ground up while actively closing deals in a high-growth AI-native ERP startup.
- • Day to day, you will lead sales conversations by translating complex finance and accounting workflows into clear product solutions, run tailored product demos, own technical discovery, build proof-of-concepts, and partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap using customer insights.
- • DualEntry is a fast-moving, well-funded AI startup founded in 2024, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed and Google Ventures, with a mission to modernize the $220B ERP market by replacing legacy systems with AI-native technology.
- • In this role, you will have full ownership, drive excellence, and grow into a leadership position while shaping the product, scaling the SC function, and working directly with CFOs and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- • Exceptional accounting foundation: experience in audit/public accounting and/or in-house finance at a tech or high-growth company
- • Understanding of accounting ops end-to-end: close, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi-entity, reporting, controls, etc.
- • Depth in 1-2 complex accounting areas (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, FX, leases, consolidation)
- • Experience with the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI) and ability to map workflows across tools
- • Comfortable in technical conversations: integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, security, architecture trade-offs
- • Ability to run demos and communicate clearly with both CFOs and engineers, including developing scalable SC processes and playbooks

- • Base Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 GBP
- • Commission: £100,000 – £150,000 GBP (uncapped)
- • OTE: £200,000 – £300,000 GBP
