  • • As a Solution Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will serve as a critical technical and functional advisor in the sales process, bridging customer needs with NICE’s portfolio of AI-driven customer experience, cloud, and digital transformation solutions. Your expertise will directly influence deal outcomes by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Day to day, you will: deliver tailored demonstrations that align NICE’s solutions with specific customer business challenges; conduct deep discovery sessions to identify functional and technical requirements across enterprise accounts; lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including proof of concept (POC) design and execution; respond promptly and accurately to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs; collaborate closely with account executives and overlay teams to drive strategic deal wins; support and enable partners through training, co-selling, technical guidance, and solution positioning; empower the partner community by sharing best practices, delivering technical enablement sessions, and participating in partner-focused events and forums; and help accelerate partner-led pipeline growth by delivering compelling business and technical messaging that strengthens partner sales motions.

The presales team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment, reporting directly to the Director of Presales as an individual contributor focused on driving revenue through technical excellence.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, conversational AI, CCaaS, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google), while honing your ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels — from C-suite executives to front-line agents. You will gain hands-on experience in solution selling, POC orchestration, and partner enablement, positioning yourself for advancement into senior presales, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles within NICE’s high-growth portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience supporting multiple software products and services into sophisticated enterprise accounts, with a proven track record in portfolio sales.
  • • 1+ years of direct experience supporting Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions in enterprise environments.
  • • Exceptional presentation and demonstration capabilities, including the ability to customize storyboards for demos and proof of concepts (POCs) that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
  • • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins and managing multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • • Ability to communicate fluently and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, from C-level executives to agent/front-line employees.
  • • Proven experience working with partners, including technical mentoring, enablement, and supporting partner-led sales opportunities.
