- • You will be responsible for scoping potential use cases with precision, recommending optimal architectural patterns tailored to customer environments, and offering in-depth technical advisory services that build confidence and accelerate adoption.
- • To support the broader customer base and internal teams, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed guides and frequently asked questions (FAQs), addressing common inquiries and requirements that emerge during the pre-sales engagement process.
- • By fostering strong customer advocacy, you will act as the crucial conduit between our customers and internal OpenAI teams, diligently gathering and relaying customer feedback, identifying recurring themes and trends, and ensuring these insights are effectively incorporated into our product planning and development roadmap.
- • You will also serve as the initial point of contact for security and compliance-related questions, adeptly explaining our standardized collateral, guiding customers to relevant resources such as our trust portal, and efficiently escalating more complex requirements to specialized internal teams.
- • This role is based in our vibrant Paris office, operating under a hybrid work model that requires three days per week in the office, with comprehensive relocation assistance provided to support new team members.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, with a proven track record of managing C-level technical and business relationships within complex global organizations.
- • Full professional fluency in both French and English, enabling seamless communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- • Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, including experience providing higher-level security and compliance support.
- • Demonstrated industry experience with programming languages such as Python or Javascript, and practical experience working with REST APIs.
- • Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional Machine Learning solutions, coupled with knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex business and technical topics for all audiences, including senior leadership.
- • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to acquire new knowledge independently to achieve project goals.
