  • • The Solution Executive at Sphera Holdings, Inc. is a strategic sales role focused on driving profitable revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business with enterprise clients, primarily selling Sphera’s environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHS&S) software solutions. This role is critical to Sphera’s mission of creating a safer, more sustainable, and productive world by expanding adoption of its ESG-focused technology across Global 2000 organizations.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing against annual sales targets, hunting new enterprise accounts through cold calling, conferences, and trade shows, qualifying and disqualifying opportunities based on customer pain points, delivering executive-level Sphera point-of-view dialogues, collaborating cross-functionally with Account Managers, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, developing enterprise software license proposals, negotiating complex contracts, learning customer decision processes, creating closing plans, and closing business in a timely manner while ensuring full comprehension of Sphera’s unique value proposition.

  • • In this role, the Solution Executive will develop deep expertise in enterprise software sales within the ESG and sustainability technology space, refine advanced negotiation and deal-making skills, build influential relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at Global 2000 companies, and contribute directly to Sphera’s revenue growth and market expansion—positioning themselves as a trusted advisor and top performer in a mission-driven, high-growth technology organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5+ years of successful experience selling enterprise software and technology solutions to Global 2000 organizations
  • • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex sales with creative deal-making abilities and effective use of sales channels and partners
  • • Strong hunter skills with proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, conferences, trade shows, and proactive outreach
  • • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience implementing successful sales strategies in dynamic, competitive markets
  • • Consistently met or surpassed yearly sales quotas while maintaining a customer-centric approach and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
