Solution Executive - Government

📋 Description

• • The Solution Executive drives new enterprise revenue by selling Sphera’s environmental, health, safety, and sustainability software solutions to large, complex government organizations, with a focus on US Federal and SLED agencies, playing a critical role in advancing ESG initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and growing a defined set of enterprise accounts, executing against annual quota through pipeline generation and deal execution, leading C-suite conversations on regulatory compliance and sustainability, applying MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, managing multi-stakeholder buying cycles, collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining Salesforce forecasts, delivering value-based presentations, and negotiating and closing six- and seven-figure software license agreements.
