- • As a Solution Expert at 360Learning SAS, you will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers during the RUN phase, driving product adoption and delivering tailored solutions that go beyond standard platform capabilities. Your role is critical in ensuring large, autonomous accounts achieve maximum business impact through expert guidance on complex use cases.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of strategic customers throughout their lifecycle, analyze advanced client needs, challenge existing setups, and translate requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform. You will lead complex integrations involving APIs, flat files, and third-party tools, redesign platform architecture, conduct solution audits, and provide high-level recommendations to optimize long-term value.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, collaborating to align technical execution with business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise will bridge the gap between customer needs and platform capabilities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical and functional mastery of the 360Learning platform, develop advanced consulting and problem-solving skills, and gain experience influencing enterprise-level decisions. You will become a key driver of customer success and product innovation through real-world solution design.
