- • As a Solution Operations Manager at Mistral AI, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Solutions team, driving operational excellence in technical sales and implementation to ensure seamless delivery of AI solutions to enterprise customers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing demand and capacity planning models, optimizing team performance through data-driven KPIs, coordinating staffing for high-priority customer engagements, and designing scalable frameworks to improve pre-sales and post-sales delivery efficiency.
- • You will collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Applied AI Engineering, sales, product, and revenue operations teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs and incorporate feedback into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- • Mistral AI is a dynamic, global AI company headquartered in Paris with teams across France, USA, UK, Germany, and Singapore, committed to democratizing AI through open-source, high-performance models and products like le Chat, fostering a low-ego, innovative, and collaborative culture.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI operations, influence cross-functional strategy, build scalable processes for technical delivery, and contribute to the company’s growth by enhancing the efficiency and predictability of its Solutions organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working within or alongside sales engineering, technical implementation, or professional services teams, with a background in strategy, operations, or consulting
- • Track record of delivering successful outcomes in enterprise software environments
- • Experience optimizing team operations in a high-growth environment
- • Comfortable building trust and influencing across technical teams, sales leadership, and product managers
- • Solid project management habits and strong communication skills, especially when bridging technical and business audiences
- • Ability to cut through complexity and create clarity in ambiguous situations
- • At ease with AI tools and automation platforms in day-to-day work
- • Technical understanding of AI implementation, use case applications, and scaling challenges strongly preferred
- • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native) and, ideally, other European languages
