  • • In this high-impact, hands-on Solution Operations role, you will function as a critical strategic business partner to our esteemed Solutions team. This team, comprising AI Deployment Strategists, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied AI Engineers, is dedicated to designing, deploying, and optimizing sophisticated AI solutions that address the most complex challenges faced by our enterprise clientele. Your primary mission is to orchestrate and drive the end-to-end staffing strategy, ensuring a robust alignment between overarching business priorities, intricate operational constraints, and the strategic deployment of talent.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to optimizing staffing efficiency, significantly reducing the time it takes to staff projects (time-to-staff), and establishing scalable, resilient processes that empower Mistral AI to consistently deliver exceptional value to our customers. This position sits at the crucial intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, demanding a proactive and data-driven approach. You will collaborate closely with Solutions leadership to formulate data-informed staffing plans, meticulously align resource capacity with fluctuating demand, and implement robust frameworks designed to precisely match individual skill sets with specific customer requirements.
  • • Your efforts will directly contribute to accelerating Mistral AI's capacity to scale its technical pre-sales and post-sales operations, all while upholding the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in shaping how we deploy our most valuable asset – our people – to meet market demands and drive business growth.
  • • **Worldwide Strategic Staffing & Capacity Planning:** Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking staffing strategy that is intrinsically aligned with long-term business forecasts. This includes meticulous resource allocation, establishing optimal staffing ratios across various global regions, and defining key technical deployment metrics to guide our efforts. You will build and maintain a sophisticated prioritization framework for recruitment initiatives, ensuring that the Solutions team is optimally staffed to engage in high-impact customer projects and strategic accounts.
  • • **Accelerate Time-to-Value:** Proactively work to minimize the time-to-staff by implementing and refining efficient matching systems that connect the right skills with precise customer requirements, thereby speeding up project initiation and client engagement.
  • • **Strategic Partnership:** Act as a key strategy partner to the Director of Solutions, offering critical insights and recommendations on organizational design, the evolution of roles within the team, and strategic scaling plans to support rapid growth.
  • • **Data-Driven Staffing Optimization:** Identify, define, and operationalize a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously measure staffing efficiency, team utilization rates, and the direct impact on customer success outcomes and overall revenue generation. You will create and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to meticulously track staffing KPIs, including but not limited to time-to-staff, identified skill gaps within the team, and the success rates of deployed solutions.
  • • **Actionable Insights:** Synthesize complex data and operational findings into clear, actionable recommendations aimed at continuously improving staffing processes, enhancing cross-functional alignment, and driving operational excellence.
  • • **Scalable Staffing Systems & Automation:** Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable processes, leverage automation technologies, and deploy appropriate tools to streamline the entire talent deployment lifecycle and significantly reduce operational friction. You will optimize the Mistraler lifecycle, from initial onboarding through to project allocation, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing overall team productivity and engagement.
  • • **Bottleneck Elimination:** Proactively identify and systematically eliminate bottlenecks within existing staffing workflows, leveraging automation and process improvements to enhance agility and responsiveness to dynamic customer needs and market shifts.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Forge strong partnerships with key departments including Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR. This collaboration is essential for aligning staffing capabilities with evolving customer demands and critical business priorities. You will actively support the development of the Solutions team's service offerings and technical engagement models, ensuring they are optimized to maximize customer success and satisfaction.
  • • **Product Feedback Integration:** Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure that valuable feedback from the Solutions team, derived from direct customer interactions and project experiences, is effectively integrated into the product roadmap, driving continuous product improvement.
  • • **Executive Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive and compelling materials for executive reviews, clearly highlighting staffing successes, identifying challenges, and presenting strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
