Solution Sales Executive (EHS&S)

📋 Description

• • The Solutions Sales Executive will drive profitable revenue growth across the DACH region by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients, with fluency in German being essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing against yearly sales goals, qualifying and disqualifying new business opportunities, delivering executive-level Sphera point-of-view dialogue, conducting hunting activities (cold calling, conferences, trade shows), collaborating cross-functionally with Account Managers, maintaining accurate forecasts, delivering solution presentations, developing enterprise software license proposals, negotiating contracts, learning customer decision processes, creating closing plans, and closing business in a timely manner.
