  • • As a Senior Partner Solution Sales representative at FICO, you will be a pivotal member of the Global Platform Software Sales team, tasked with driving the adoption and expansion of FICO's flagship FICO Platform. This is a quota-carrying sales role where you will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and both Technical & Industry Pre-Sales teams to execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage a dedicated portfolio of Enterprise Accounts within your assigned region, encompassing both existing FICO Platform customers and prospective new clients. You will be instrumental in educating and inspiring these customers about the transformative potential of the FICO Platform, positioning it as the central intelligence and nervous system for their enterprise.
  • • You will empower business and technical users to leverage the platform for creating and iterating on customer journeys that integrate data, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and strategic design and execution across their organizations.
  • • This role demands you to become the go-to expert for both technical and business knowledge concerning the FICO Platform, enabling you to address complex business and technology challenges for clients in key sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Automotive.
  • • You will engage with existing and new clients to deeply understand their strategic initiatives within Consumer Lending and Retail Banking, focusing on areas like Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud. Your role involves sharing expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, AI, Analytics, and Optimization within the Financial Services industry, guiding clients to surpass their competition by utilizing FICO's cutting-edge platform.
  • • Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders in both business and technology departments within client organizations. This involves gaining a thorough understanding of their most pressing decision management-related challenges and effectively articulating how FICO's platform capabilities can provide solutions.
  • • Proactively research and identify potential solution opportunities. You will work collaboratively with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Pre-Sales Architects to develop and compellingly position tailored solution proposals that meet client needs.
  • • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with purchased solutions, fostering long-term, expanding, and profitable win-win relationships. Your success is tied to the success of our clients.
  • • Collaborate seamlessly across various internal FICO teams, including Global Solution Architecture, Product Management, Finance, and Professional Services. This cross-functional teamwork is essential to shape a cohesive sales effort that effectively communicates the immense business value delivered by the FICO Platform to our customers.
  • • You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most sophisticated Financial Institutions globally, as well as a core group of leaders in other strategic sectors.
  • • Manage your sales pipeline and activities to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Significant earning potential is available through performance-based incentives when targets are surpassed.
  • • This role requires a proactive and consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning FICO's platform capabilities to drive tangible business outcomes. You will be a key driver in digital transformation initiatives for our clients, helping them harness the power of data and AI for competitive advantage.
  • • You will contribute to FICO's mission of helping businesses make better decisions by providing them with the tools and insights needed to navigate complex market dynamics and customer expectations. Your success will be measured not only by sales figures but also by the positive impact you have on client success and their adoption of advanced decisioning technologies.
