- • As a Solutions Architect at Lindus Health, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clinical trial delivery by bridging clinical operations and product innovation on the Citrus platform, directly enabling faster, safer access to breakthrough treatments for patients worldwide.
- • You will be responsible for assessing the technical feasibility of incoming clinical study protocols, translating complex sponsor requirements into precise build specifications, and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of trials from design through go-live and post-production, acting as the primary technical liaison between sponsors and internal teams.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing health tech company that has powered over 100 clinical trials since 2021, backed by $55M in Series B funding, and committed to redefining clinical research through technology, ownership, and a collaborative, no-ego culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical trial systems, strengthen cross-functional stakeholder management, and gain hands-on experience applying AI and technical project management in a regulated healthcare environment, positioning you as a leader at the intersection of health, technology, and innovation.
- • You will lead UAT processes, manage change requests impacting data integrity and patient safety, and continuously evaluate platform updates across active studies to ensure compliance, quality, and timeliness—all while working with smart, driven teams who value fun, creativity, and real impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role delivering clinical trials (e.g., Data Manager, Solutions Engineer, Trial Coordinator, Trial Manager), with clinical trial start-up experience highly valued
- • Demonstrated technical background via a degree (e.g., Computer Science, Bio-medical Engineering) or hands-on experience in software development, data management, product management, or technical project management
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Product, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Commercial teams
- • Strong project management skills to support timely delivery of complex trials under tight timelines
- • Exceptional attention to detail for identifying design gaps, ambiguities, and risks early in the trial lifecycle
- • Curiosity and interest in applying AI tools responsibly in regulated or clinical contexts to improve technical work quality and speed
