- • As an Innovation Architect at Miro, you will serve as a pivotal Solution Architect within the Miro Optimization Services & Training (MOST) program, focusing on enhancing collaboration and optimizing ways of working for enterprise clients.
- • The MOST program is a premium annual professional services subscription, offering clients dedicated access to expert guidance for designing, implementing, and scaling Miro collaboration solutions across their organizations.
- • You will partner closely with enterprise customers to translate their strategic business objectives into robust, scalable collaboration architectures within the Miro platform.
- • This involves a deep dive into understanding customer challenges related to workflows and adoption, followed by the design of effective governance and operating models.
- • A key responsibility is to shape a structured, outcomes-driven solution roadmap that dynamically adapts to evolving customer needs and business priorities.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of stakeholders, including both business leaders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- • Your role will encompass designing comprehensive, end-to-end collaboration solutions by integrating process design, workspace architecture, governance strategies, and enablement programs to ensure customers achieve tangible, measurable value from their Miro investment.
- • You will lead in-depth discovery sessions to thoroughly understand customer goals, current workflows, and specific pain points, translating these findings into a meticulously structured MOST game plan that maximizes the utilization of their 240-hour annual allocation.
- • Facilitate critical vision, alignment, and prioritization sessions, guiding customers to clearly define desired outcomes, establish success criteria, and set achievable adoption milestones.
- • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing collaboration practices, workflows, and workspace configurations, synthesizing these insights into clear, actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- • Design and implement robust governance frameworks, encompassing workspace structure, naming conventions, access controls, lifecycle management, and template standardization, to mitigate risks and ensure long-term scalability.
- • Guide customers through complex change management initiatives, developing and executing communication plans, securing stakeholder alignment, and sequencing rollout strategies for maximum impact.
- • Coach and mentor teams on Miro best practices, leveraging intelligent templates, advanced AI workflows, and proven techniques to streamline critical processes such as planning, retrospectives, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Facilitate engaging workshops tailored to various business functions, including Agile ceremonies, product development lifecycles, innovation sprints, user research, design thinking methodologies, and strategic planning sessions.
- • Develop lightweight prototypes, reusable templates, and innovative workflows that accelerate customer adoption and effectively demonstrate the full potential of the Miro platform.
- • Collaborate closely with IT and administrative stakeholders to establish best-practice standards, reduce tool sprawl, and drive consistency in workspace setup and governance across the enterprise.
- • Recommend strategic process optimizations designed to enhance operational efficiency, elevate the quality of collaboration, and minimize context switching for end-users.
- • Provide continuous advisory support throughout the duration of the MOST subscription, proactively updating forecasts, adjusting strategic plans, and ensuring the optimal and strategic utilization of allocated hours.
- • Diligently track progress against defined milestones and desired outcomes, identifying potential risks early and assisting customers in re-prioritizing work as business needs shift.
- • Foster strong partnerships with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), other Architects, and Engagement Managers to ensure a cohesive and aligned delivery experience for all customer stakeholders.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal playbooks, templates, and delivery assets, enhancing team leverage and overall delivery efficiency within the Professional Services organization.
- • Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of Miro's latest innovations, AI features, and emerging collaboration trends to continuously elevate the guidance and support provided to customers.
