- • Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers throughout onboarding, deployment, and expansion of AllSpice’s engineering intelligence platform.
- • Design scalable engineering workflows that integrate AllSpice with customer systems including PLM, requirements management tools, CI/CD infrastructure, AI tools, and internal engineering platforms.
- • Architect seamless integrations between AllSpice and customer ecosystems such as ECAD tools, identity providers, and enterprise software systems.
- • Advise customers on hardware development best practices, design review processes, automation opportunities, and AI adoption strategies tailored to aerospace, automotive, industrial, robotics, or consumer electronics domains.
- • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer challenges, providing expert guidance on system architecture and workflow optimization.
- • Manage and mentor Forward-Deployed Engineers supporting customer implementations, ensuring consistent delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- • Translate customer requirements, pain points, and feature requests into actionable product feedback and technical roadmaps for internal Product and Engineering teams.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to align customer needs with platform capabilities and future development priorities.
- • Build repeatable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks to accelerate customer success and scale adoption across verticals.
- • Partner with engineering leaders, IT teams, and individual contributors to understand existing development processes and design solutions that enhance collaboration and automation.
- • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including version control, automated testing, AI-powered analysis, and digital thread integration within customer hardware development cycles.
- • Act as a technical ambassador for AllSpice, representing the company in customer-facing technical discussions and strategic planning sessions.
- • Contribute to the evolution of AllSpice’s platform by influencing feature prioritization based on real-world customer deployments and emerging industry trends.
- • Support enterprise-scale deployments by ensuring security, compliance, and interoperability with existing IT and engineering infrastructure.
- • Document and share knowledge across internal teams and with customers through technical guides, training materials, and architecture diagrams.
- • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, building new processes and frameworks from the ground up to meet evolving customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- • Experience working in hardware development environments, including PCB, electronics, or embedded systems development
- • Strong understanding of engineering systems, software, and workflows
- • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineering managers, and individual contributors
- • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up
