• • As a Solutions Architect at Fundamental, you will be a pivotal link between our cutting-edge technology, our valued customers, our engineering teams, and our product development. You will engage directly with some of the world's most data-rich organizations, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of deploying predictive applications powered by our advanced tabular foundation model. Your journey with each customer will span from initial discovery and rigorous evaluation phases through to successful deployment and scaling of our solutions.
• • You will collaborate closely with senior business and technical leaders within client organizations to meticulously identify high-value use cases where NEXUS can deliver significant return on investment. This involves understanding their strategic objectives and translating them into actionable AI initiatives. Your role will extend to designing robust, scalable, and production-ready architectures that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems, ensuring that our deployments not only meet but exceed expectations in terms of performance and business impact.
• • This is a dynamic, hands-on position that requires a unique blend of solution design expertise, deep understanding of data science and machine learning principles, and practical production engineering skills. • • Key responsibilities will include leading in-depth technical discovery sessions to pinpoint high-feasibility, high-impact use cases where NEXUS can demonstrate a clear and compelling ROI. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working hand-in-hand with our Sales team to secure technical wins. This involves expertly scoping and building compelling 'Art of the Possible' demonstrations, conducting rigorous competitive benchmarks to showcase NEXUS's superiority, and developing tailored prototypes using customer-specific data to prove value.
• • You will be instrumental in defining and owning the technical strategy for your assigned customers. This entails cultivating and maintaining deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across various departments, and architecting a long-term vision for the adoption and expansion of Fundamental's solutions within their organization. Your strategic guidance will be crucial for driving sustained value and fostering a strong partnership.
• • Furthermore, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects. This involves orchestrating the efforts of Forward Deployed Engineers and customer-side teams, proactively identifying and resolving technical blockers, and ensuring seamless alignment across IT, governance, security, and business units. Your project management and coordination skills will be vital for successful implementation.
• • A core part of your role will be designing and architecting robust solution architectures and integration patterns. These designs must guarantee production-grade performance, reliability, and scalability, even within the most complex enterprise environments, which may include on-premise deployments, virtual private clouds (VPCs), and legacy systems. You will need to understand the nuances of enterprise IT infrastructure and security protocols.
• • You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between field insights and product development. By translating real-world deployment patterns and customer feedback into high-signal, actionable engineering tickets, you will directly influence the roadmap and evolution of our NEXUS model and platform. This feedback loop is essential for continuous improvement and innovation.
• • To accelerate the success of the entire Solutions Architect team, you will be tasked with codifying winning deployment strategies, best practices, and successful patterns into reusable assets, comprehensive documentation, and reference architectures. This knowledge sharing will empower your colleagues and streamline future engagements.
• • This role requires a significant commitment to customer success, involving approximately 50% travel to client sites to facilitate hands-on collaboration, workshops, and deployment oversight.
