📋 Description

• The Solutions Architect for Adobe 3D & Immersive will serve as a key technical partner in winning and enabling complex 3D digital twin automation engagements for Adobe’s largest enterprise customers, including marketing agencies, CPG, electronics, and automotive companies.
• Day to day, the role involves leading technical discovery with prospects, designing tailored solution architectures using Substance 3D APIs, building demos and proof-of-concepts, collaborating with sales and technical program managers, setting realistic expectations, and acting as the technical authority in customer-facing presentations.
• The role sits within the new Enterprise Solutions & Delivery (ESD) team under Substance 3D Growth, working closely with product, engineering, and technical artist teams to bridge customer needs with Adobe’s solutions and ensure post-sale continuity and feedback integration.
• In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in enterprise 3D pipelines, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, lead high-impact technical engagements, and grow as a trusted advisor in immersive technology solutions for global brands.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a solutions architect, consultant, pre-sales engineer, or senior technical consultant
• Deep hands-on knowledge of 3D production pipelines including data formats, rendering, and automation workflows
• Ability to write production-grade Python code for automation pipelines and engage credibly with 3D technical artists and engineers
• Ability to scope and compose technical solutions for complex, ambiguous customer problems
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive compensation ranging from $124,400 to $226,900 annually, with higher ranges in California and New York ($156,700 - $226,900)
