📋 Description

• As a Solutions Architect – AI Agents Deployment at Lavendo Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the deployment of autonomous AI receptionists and agents that handle customer interactions for small and medium-sized businesses across North America and EMEA. Your work will directly enable businesses to replace manual, costly communication with AI-driven solutions that generate real revenue, operating 24/7 with sub-second latency and 99.99% uptime.
• You will translate partner and customer business needs into technical specifications and deployment plans, configuring and customizing AI agent solutions to ensure seamless integration with CRMs, booking tools, payment systems, and other SaaS platforms. You will own implementations end-to-end — from initial kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders, driving projects to completion, and serving as the primary technical point of contact with minimal oversight.
• You will join a high-impact, fast-growing team at a critical inflection point: the company has already deployed 15,000 AI agents across 10,000 businesses, doubled revenue in late 2025, and is scaling toward 1 million agents following a $25M Series A. Your contributions will help build scalable deployment practices as the team expands.
• You will identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle, leveraging your systems integration skills and business process analysis to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes like lead conversion, appointment booking, and revenue growth.
• In this role, you will rapidly develop expertise in production AI systems, including prompt engineering, LLM integration (Groq, Llama, Gemini, OpenAI), and proprietary Zero-Hallucination architecture, while gaining deep exposure to omnichannel deployment across phone, SMS, email, web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• You will cultivate ownership, customer-centric problem-solving, and business intuition — learning how to break down complex SMB workflows into technical solutions and tie implementation success directly to revenue impact, all while operating with autonomy and initiative in a mission-driven, early-stage environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Hands-on software development experience with fluency in AI technologies, including prompt engineering and LLM integration
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience in consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial settings
• Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks (CRMs, payment systems, booking tools, etc.)
• Business process analysis skills — ability to understand how companies make money and connect technical solutions to revenue-driving outcomes
