- • As a Solutions Architect - ATS & Programmatic Integration Specialist at Veritone, Inc., you will serve as the essential technical partner to the Sales organization, transforming complex product capabilities into clear client value and driving predictable revenue growth through technical excellence in HR and Ad Tech solutions.
- • You will lead the technical pre-sales journey by conducting discovery calls, leading technical scoping for programmatic and SaaS deals, defining success metrics, and owning SOW and RFP responses to ensure alignment between customer needs and Veritone’s job distribution suite.
- • You will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for ATS integrations, managing end-to-end implementation using platforms like Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, and iCIMS, leveraging Kombo as a middleware, configuring API and webhook connections, and validating Server-to-Server data flow for accurate candidate tracking from application to hire.
- • You will support customers through ATS migrations, ensuring data continuity and no disruption in job distribution, while collaborating across Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver seamless, scalable integration solutions.
- • You will develop deep expertise in programmatic job advertising, including tracking pixels, conversion tags, and CPA/volume-based optimization, using analytical rigor to validate data integrity before go-live.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Management within HR Tech or Ad Tech
- • Hands-on expertise with major ATS platforms including Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, and iCIMS
- • Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, data mapping, and experience using Kombo as a third-party integrator
- • Working knowledge of MSSQL and ability to execute stored procedures
- • Strong understanding of programmatic job advertising, including tracking pixels, conversion tags, and data-driven optimization
- • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders such as CHROs or Talent Acquisition leaders
