- • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for a portfolio of customers post-sale, embedding deeply within client organizations to design and deploy generative AI (GenAI) solutions tailored to their business needs.
- • Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value GenAI applications aligned with their strategic roadmap and operational goals.
- • Accelerate customer time to value by providing hands-on architectural guidance, building prototypes and proofs of concept, and advising on production-ready best practices for scaling GenAI systems.
- • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both customer leadership and internal technical teams to drive adoption, foster expansion of AI use cases, and ensure successful long-term outcomes.
- • Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation to systematize and scale proven best practices across diverse customer segments and industries.
- • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and research teams to share customer insights, inform product development priorities, and improve overall customer outcomes.
- • Codify technical knowledge into repeatable operational frameworks and success practices to enable the Solutions Architecture team to scale impact across industries and customer types.
- • Design and implement GenAI prototypes, demos, and POCs specifically for large multinational corporations, ensuring alignment with enterprise-scale requirements and constraints.
- • Advise customers on application development patterns including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), evaluation frameworks, multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and caching strategies to optimize performance and reliability.
- • Deploy and configure GenAI solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure, utilizing containerization with Docker and serverless architectures to ensure scalability and cost-efficiency.
- • Apply networking fundamentals such as bastion hosts and VPC configurations to secure and isolate AI workloads within enterprise infrastructure environments.
- • Implement observability and monitoring using Datadog and Humio to track system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure operational stability of deployed AI applications.
- • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards including SOC 2, PII handling protocols, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies across all customer deployments.
- • Telecommute from within the United States, with full expectation of deep customer immersion and collaboration across time zones as needed.
- • Act as a technical ambassador for OpenAI by translating complex AI capabilities into actionable enterprise strategies and contributing to the broader ecosystem through public documentation and community engagement.
