- • As a Solutions Architect at Writer Inc., you will be at the forefront of helping Fortune 500 enterprises adopt and scale AI-powered work by designing and implementing innovative agentic AI solutions that unlock massive business value.
- • You will drive strategic technical discovery with enterprise clients, architect scalable generative AI solutions using Writer’s platform and APIs, lead proof-of-concept development, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite and engineering leaders.
- • You will partner with Writer’s product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback and champion the adoption of Writer’s tools across client organizations.
- • You will work in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where your contributions directly shape how leading enterprises transform their operations through AI, accelerating Writer’s mission to expand human capacity through superintelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS serving Fortune 500 clients
- • Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices
- • Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration to integrate AI capabilities into complex enterprise systems
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences
- • Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, solve complex business and technical challenges, and drive innovation
