• • The Solutions Architect (Growth & Strategy) role at Truelogic is a high-impact position that bridges technical expertise and commercial strategy, serving as the critical link between Sales and Delivery teams to transform client needs into winning, deliverable solutions.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading deep discovery sessions to uncover client architectural and business needs, defining engagement models such as staff augmentation or managed teams, owning the technical narrative of proposals, coordinating alignment across Sales, CTO, Finance, and Recruiting teams, challenging misaligned internal solutions, contributing to pricing and margin strategy, participating in deal negotiations, and standardizing proposal approaches to improve win rates.
