• • As the first dedicated Solutions Architect and founding hire for the Solutions Engineering function at Payward Services (Kraken's B2B infrastructure division), you will shape the pre-sales process from zero to one, enabling fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to offer crypto without building it themselves.
• • You will partner with sales, engineering, and product teams to run technical discovery, design tailored solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and ensure seamless handoff to implementation teams, directly influencing deal outcomes and product roadmap.
• • You will join a mission-driven, fully remote team of crypto experts spanning 70+ countries, united by the goal of accelerating global crypto adoption and financial inclusion through secure, innovative infrastructure.
• • You will build the pre-sales playbook from scratch — creating discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff runbooks — while mentoring future hires and establishing best practices that scale across the organization.
