- • As a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) at Writer Inc., you will be at the forefront of empowering enterprises to adopt and scale AI-powered work by translating complex business challenges into innovative generative AI solutions that drive measurable value for Fortune 500 clients.
- • You will drive strategic technical discovery with senior stakeholders, architect scalable and secure AI solutions using Writer’s platform and APIs, lead proof-of-concept development, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and technical leaders on enterprise AI strategy.
- • You will join a fast-moving, innovative team at a $1.9B-valued leader in enterprise generative AI, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap based on real-world customer insights.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise architecture while making a tangible impact on how global companies transform their operations through AI, accelerating your growth as a technical leader in high-stakes B2B SaaS.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS serving Fortune 500 clients
- • Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices
- • Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration to integrate AI capabilities into complex enterprise systems
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences
- • Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, solve complex business and technical problems, and own the success of customer engagements
