- • Solutions Architect role at Orb, a company redefining billing software as a strategic growth driver through its revenue design platform, helping clients automate billing, evolve pricing, and capture more revenue.
- • Partner with sales teams to drive product evaluations, answer technical questions, and support the full deal cycle by highlighting Orb’s security, compliance, and value proposition.
- • Guide customers in mapping Orb’s capabilities to their workflows, shaping implementation paths and reducing time to value through technical solutioning.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex product features into actionable business solutions while gathering customer feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment (3 days/week in SF office) grounded in values of customer centricity, minutes matter, run with it, and attention to detail.
- • Contribute to Orb’s mission by working with innovative clients like Vercel, Pinecone, Perplexity, and Replit, backed by $44.1M from top-tier investors including Mayfield, Menlo Ventures, and Greylock.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- • Proven ability to partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to build repeatable processes and drive value-based solutions
- • Experience designing and implementing technical solutions that address complex business challenges through a value-selling lens
