• • As a Solutions Architect at LangChain, Inc., you will be at the forefront of enabling enterprise clients to harness the power of intelligent agents and AI infrastructure. Your primary mission will be to guide customers through the design, deployment, and optimization of production-grade AI systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and robust.
• • This role is a unique blend of deep technical expertise in both infrastructure and agent engineering, coupled with exceptional customer-facing skills. You will be instrumental in translating complex business challenges into actionable AI solutions, leveraging LangChain's cutting-edge platform and open-source tools.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will involve architecting and implementing scalable, highly-available infrastructure. This includes designing compute, storage, networking, and security components, with a strong emphasis on enterprise integration patterns. You will utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Helm to automate deployments and manage configurations, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
• • You will also be responsible for developing strategies for multi-region high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR), ensuring business continuity for critical AI deployments. Furthermore, you will establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, facilitating efficient and reliable delivery of both infrastructure and applications.
• • On the agent engineering front, you will design sophisticated multi-agent systems, employing various architectural patterns to create intelligent and autonomous solutions. You will implement agent logic using modern frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, building applications that can perform complex tasks.
• • A critical aspect of this role is the design and implementation of comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI applications. This ensures that the agents and systems you build meet performance, accuracy, and reliability standards. You will also be involved in optimizing prompts through A/B testing and other methodologies, enhancing the effectiveness of AI models.
• • Guiding the deployment and operational aspects of these AI systems will also fall under your purview, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production and ongoing maintenance.
• • In customer engagement, you will lead technical maturity assessments, providing clients with insights into their current AI capabilities and recommending strategic improvements. You will work directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their unique requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
