Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Be the strategic technical voice in every high-stakes deal. As a Solutions Consultant at Collectly, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and the $4-trillion U.S. healthcare market. You will translate complex revenue-cycle pain points into elegant, AI-powered solutions that accelerate cash flow for hospitals, clinics, and digital-health startups while simultaneously improving the financial experience for millions of patients.
- • Own the entire pre-sales technical lifecycle—from first discovery call to signed contract and successful hand-off to implementation. You will map stakeholders, uncover latent requirements, and architect multi-product configurations that integrate seamlessly with Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and dozens of other EHR and practice-management systems.
- • Deliver jaw-dropping demonstrations that turn skeptical CFOs, overworked IT directors, and patient-experience champions into enthusiastic champions. Using real-world data scenarios, you will show how Collectly’s AI models cut days in A/R by 35 %, reduce statement costs by 50 %, and lift patient self-service payments by 3×.
- • Design and execute proof-of-concept engagements that run in live customer environments within days, not months. You will configure sandboxes, ingest sample HL7/FHIR feeds, set up secure API connections, and build executive-ready dashboards that prove ROI before a purchase order is ever signed.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer inside Collectly. You will funnel field intelligence to Product and Engineering, shaping the roadmap for new AI modules (e.g., propensity-to-pay scoring, denial-prediction algorithms, multilingual chatbots). Your feedback will directly influence sprint priorities and quarterly OKRs.
- • Enable and elevate an entire sales organization. You will create battle cards, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts that empower Account Executives to run the first 30 minutes of a call without you. You will also run weekly “lunch-and-learn” sessions that keep the team fluent in payer policy changes, HIPAA nuances, and emerging FHIR standards.
- • Travel up to 25 % to major health-system headquarters, regional HIMSS chapters, and industry conferences. On site, you will whiteboard integration architectures with CIOs, run training workshops for patient-access teams, and occasionally hop on the booth floor to deliver keynote-style product demos.
- • Champion security and compliance at every step. You will articulate how Collectly maintains SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST, and HIPAA compliance; explain penetration-test results; and guide prospects through vendor-risk questionnaires that can run 300+ line items deep.
- • Build a personal brand within the healthcare RCM community. Whether publishing LinkedIn posts on AI-driven denial management or speaking on podcasts about patient financial experience, you will position yourself—and Collectly—as thought leaders transforming the back office of healthcare.
- • Thrive in a remote-first culture that prizes autonomy, data-driven decisions, and rapid iteration. You will work alongside former Epic engineers, ex-Athena product managers, and serial healthcare entrepreneurs who all share one mission: make the business of care as compassionate as the delivery of care.
