  • • As a Solutions Consultant at Brex, you will serve as a trusted advisor who leads the consultative, value-driven sales motion by understanding customer challenges, reframing problems, and positioning Brex as a strategic solution—not just a product. This role is critical to Brex’s growth engine, where you’ll partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, influence customer decisions, and ensure solutions align with real business outcomes.
  • • Day to day, you will conduct structured discovery to uncover customer workflows and pain points, design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that translate technical capabilities into clear business value, anticipate and address objections across technical and operational dimensions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and CX teams to validate solutions and ensure smooth post-sales handoff. You’ll also adapt messaging for technical, business, and executive audiences while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3 - 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS
  • • Strong discovery skills with the ability to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements
  • • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences
  • • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in evolving environments
