- • As a Solutions Consultant at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers understand and adopt the company’s AI-powered automation platform by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery workshops, designing and delivering customized product demonstrations, managing proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and collaborating with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- • You will work within Workato’s Global Solution Consulting team, contributing to product strategy by gathering field feedback and influencing the product roadmap through close coordination with Product Management and Engineering.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise integration, automation, and AI-driven orchestration while developing consultative selling skills and shaping customer success outcomes across diverse industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
- • Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, APIs, and databases
- • Strong background in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals, including familiarity with platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, and SnapLogic
- • Experience with cloud technologies such as iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
