📋 Description
- • As a Solutions Consultant at Brex, you will serve as a trusted advisor who helps customers understand their current state, reframe problems, and evaluate Brex as a strategic solution to drive measurable business outcomes. This role is critical to Brex’s growth engine, enabling finance teams to spend smarter and move faster across 200+ markets through intelligent automation and world-class service.
- • Day to day, you will lead structured discovery to uncover customer workflows and pain points, design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that translate technical capabilities into clear business value, partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, anticipate and address objections across technical and business dimensions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and CX teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth post-sales handoff.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3 - 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS
- • Strong discovery skills with the ability to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements
- • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences
- • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams
- • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in evolving environments
