📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Consultant at Coates Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in bridging client needs with technical capabilities to design and deliver innovative, scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experiences for global brands. Your work will directly contribute to winning new business and strengthening long-term partnerships by translating complex requirements into clear, compelling, and feasible proposals.
• • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capacity, acting as a trusted advisor who understands both the art of persuasion and the science of solution feasibility.
• • Day to day, you will engage with prospective and existing clients to uncover business challenges, goals, and technical requirements through discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• • You will develop tailored solution architectures using Coates Group’s digital hardware, proprietary content management system (CMS), and signage technologies, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practically implementable.
• • You will create detailed solution proposals, including functional specifications, user journey maps, technical diagrams, and commercial justifications, to support the sales process and secure client buy-in.
• • You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess solution feasibility, provide input on product roadmaps, and help prioritize features based on market demand and client feedback.
• • You will deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of proposed solutions with clarity and confidence.
• • You will stay current with industry trends in retail technology, digital signage, QSR innovations, and customer experience platforms to continuously refine solution offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
• • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of solution design processes, templates, and best practices, helping to scale the Consultant function across global markets.
