📋 Description

• Solutions Consultant at Binalyze Limited is a pivotal technical sales role that bridges deep cybersecurity expertise with customer engagement, enabling organizations to strengthen their cyber resilience through the AIR platform by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
• The role is central to the pre-sales process, acting as the trusted technical advisor who guides prospects from initial interest to closed deals by demonstrating how Binalyze’s investigation and response automation platform delivers forensic-level visibility, acts as a force multiplier for defenders, and enables seamless, borderless investigations.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering compelling technical demonstrations and product presentations, designing and leading proof-of-concept engagements, and engaging with customers to understand their incident response workflows, investigation challenges, and existing security architecture.
• The Solutions Consultant designs and recommends tailored solution architectures and deployment strategies, supports integration of Binalyze into SOC workflows, IR processes, and enterprise security stacks, and acts as a trusted technical advisor throughout the full customer lifecycle.
• They articulate technical value and key differentiators to both technical and non-technical audiences, provide best practices guidance on endpoint investigation and digital evidence collection, and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to feed field insights back into product development.
• The role supports enterprise evaluations, pilot engagements, and technical sales cycles, requiring comfort in customer-facing interactions, relationship building, and confident presentation of complex security concepts.
• Binalyze is an innovator in Cyber Investigation and Response Automation, delivering the AIR platform to help defenders move beyond prevention by providing deep forensic visibility, automation-driven efficiency, and borderless investigation capabilities.
• The Solutions Consultant joins a team of experienced security professionals within the CERT / Solutions Consultants group, working in a fully remote UK-based role with optional access to a central London office, contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on real-world cyber resilience.
• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in pre-sales technical consulting, influence product direction through field feedback, and gain exposure to enterprise security architectures across UK and European markets, positioning them as a trusted advisor in the evolving cyber defense landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat investigation, with DFIR, SOC, or threat hunting experience being particularly relevant.
• Hands-on experience with incident response investigations, SOC operations, or threat hunting using tools such as YARA, Sigma, and/or osquery.
• Familiarity with enterprise security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and endpoint investigation tooling.
• Solid understanding of IR workflows, threat detection and investigation processes, and containment and remediation procedures.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role, with proven ability to build trusted relationships and present confidently to diverse audiences.
