  • • As a Solutions Consultant for Deel HR in the AMER region, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by partnering with go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s all-in-one HR platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity for every person, team, and business through scalable, compliant, and innovative workforce solutions.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to support prospective clients throughout the sales lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to implementation hand-off—by translating complex HR and payroll needs into actionable, compliant, and scalable solutions that align with Deel’s platform capabilities and customer success goals.
  • • You’ll be part of a globally distributed, high-impact team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries, speaking 74 languages, where innovation, continuous learning, and a connected culture are central to Deel’s identity as the fastest-growing SaaS company in history, backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR in just over five years.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global HRIS workflows, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-scale payroll systems while honing your consultative selling, technical presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills—positioning you as a trusted advisor and future leader in the evolution of global work infrastructure.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include consulting with prospective customers to assess current HR and payroll processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose optimized future-state solutions using Deel’s platform.
  • • You will own solution discovery, lead RFP responses, deliver platform demonstrations, and facilitate integration and architecture workshops, serving as the technical voice throughout complex sales cycles.
  • • You will translate customer requirements into detailed solution designs and implementation recommendations, ensuring alignment among stakeholders on scope, approach, and success criteria.
  • • You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to advocate for prospect needs, resolve technical questions, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging based on real-world feedback.
  • • You will embrace constructive disruption by challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities to scale and improve internal assets, demo narratives, discovery frameworks, and competitive positioning materials.
  • • You will develop and maintain technical enablement assets such as demo scripts, discovery questionnaires, reference architectures, FAQs, and competitive battle cards to support consistent and effective selling.
  • • You will support Partnership and Marketing initiatives including webinars, events, content creation, and joint solution workshops as needed.
  • • You will stay current on emerging technology trends, integration patterns, security standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), and global compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) to maintain solution credibility and trust.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar technical sales or customer-facing technical role.
  • • Proven experience working for a Global HRIS provider (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP) is strongly preferred.
  • • Deep understanding of the hire-to-retire HRIS workflow, including core HR, payroll, benefits, time tracking, performance management, and compliance processes.
  • • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical value clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; multilingual capability is a bonus.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, can-do attitude, comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 10% or less, primarily within the AMER region, for customer workshops, events, or internal alignment sessions.
