- • As a Solutions Consultant, Global Payroll - EMEA, you will partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategies that drive market penetration and growth for Remote’s Global Payroll solution, directly contributing to equitable and dignified employment worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will act as a Global Payroll subject matter expert, delivering tailored demonstrations and proposals, developing sales playbooks, translating customer needs into implementation-ready scopes, and providing commercially minded feedback to Product teams to ensure market alignment.
- • You will join Remote’s Revenue Operations & Sales Acceleration team, a globally distributed, async-first organization operating across 6 continents, where innovation, AI integration, and cultural diversity are core to building a best-in-class HR platform.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll systems, HRIS, and Employer of Record solutions while honing consultative sales, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Pre-sales solution consulting and/or consulting experience with proven ability to use consultative techniques to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide insightful recommendations
- • Consultancy and/or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems
- • Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS, with deep experience in contractor management tools, Employer of Record, Global Payroll, or HRIS highly desirable
- • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions
- • Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and compellingly
- • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
