  • • As a Solutions Consultant - Growth at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving expansion revenue by partnering with senior sales executives to understand and address the global employment needs of existing customers, delivering tailored consultative solutions that support scalable international workforce management.
  • • Day to day, you will partner closely with Account Managers in the AMER sales team to uncover customer business goals, lead consultative engagements to explore technical and operational challenges, build trusted advisor relationships through deep industry expertise, and drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates by articulating the value of Remote’s product suite.
  • • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning six continents, working within the Sales - Solutions Consulting organization at Remote—a company committed to innovation, automation, and AI integration across all roles, with a mission to enable compliant global hiring, payroll, and team management for businesses of all sizes.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Remote’s product offerings and roadmap, sharpen your consultative and technical aptitude, influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, and grow your ability to navigate ambiguity in high-growth environments while contributing to the future of work through strategic, customer-centric solutions.
