- • As a Solutions Consultant - Growth at Remote Technologies Inc., you will drive expansion revenue by partnering with senior sales executives to understand existing customers’ global employment needs and deliver tailored consultative solutions that support international workforce transformation.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Account Managers in the AMER sales team to address customer business goals, lead consultative engagements to explore technical and business challenges, build trusted advisor relationships, and drive measurable impact on expansion ARR, deal velocity, and win rates through solution excellence.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning 6 continents, working asynchronously within Remote’s Sales - Solutions Consulting team, where innovation, AI integration, and a passion for remote work are core cultural values.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll, HRIS, contractor management, and Employer of Record solutions while developing advanced consultative, storytelling, and technical aptitude skills, positioning you as a strategic advisor in global workforce transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS and payroll solutions, with deep experience in Global Payroll, HRIS, contractor management tools, or Employer of Record platforms.
- • Proven solution consulting or consulting experience with the ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide insightful recommendations.
- • Strong sales acumen, including a very good understanding of sales cycles and processes, combined with excellent written and verbal presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- • Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions, with comfort using AI tools and emerging technologies to integrate into consultative workflows.
- • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, intellectual curiosity, and a self-directed learning mindset to master complex technical domains rapidly.
- • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments, fluency in English (written and spoken), and a passion for remote work and global outlook; Spanish or French fluency is a plus.
