- • As a Solutions Consultant I at New Relic, you will serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners and C-Level Executives, combining business savvy and technical expertise to demonstrate the value of New Relic’s observability platform and help customers optimize their digital applications in an AI-first world.
- • You will support the Enterprise Greenfield Sales team by qualifying opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, leading Proof of Concept presentations, responding to RFPs, and providing business justification throughout the presales process, while taking technical ownership of the sales cycle to drive successful closures.
- • You will work within a global team of innovators dedicated to advancing observability, collaborating with sales to ensure high-value customers can fully leverage New Relic’s product suite and contribute to shaping the company’s strategic direction and new product promotion.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in New Relic’s products and services, refine your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, and strengthen your skills in handling technical objections, building relationships, and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences ranging from IT to executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in pre-sales experience and/or similar capacities
- • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar
- • Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and project management skills
- • Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles
- • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- • A good balance of sales, business, and technical expertise
