- • Drive revenue growth by selling Solvo20 9s Staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to existing clients, with approximately 90% of the role focused on inside sales.
- • Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities within an assigned client portfolio while selectively targeting new business aligned with Solvo20 9s service offerings.
- • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined territory planning, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting.
- • Build deep expertise in Solvo20 9s staffing and BPO solutions, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively position offerings to clients.
- • Prepare and deliver professional client presentations including executive summaries, business reviews, and renewal proposals to key decision-makers.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, recruiting, and leadership to ensure accurate scoping, seamless service delivery, and strong client outcomes.
- • Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in Salesforce by recording all sales activity, managing pipeline data, and ensuring full documentation compliance with internal standards.
- • Complete all administrative requirements including new business paperwork, expense reports, activity logs, and other mandatory documentation.
- • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and internal collaboration events to support continuous improvement and alignment across teams.
- • Engage in occasional domestic and international travel for client meetings, team events, and industry conferences, involving air travel, ground transportation, and potentially public transit.
- • Foster strong internal partnerships with sales, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution.
- • Actively engage in continuous learning through training and professional development to stay current with Solvo20 9s evolving offerings and best practices in BPO and staffing sales.
- • Perform additional duties and contribute to special projects as assigned to support organizational priorities and business growth.
- • Maintain high standards of professional conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in all client and internal interactions.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quickly learn new applications as needed to support sales and administrative functions.
- • Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, including sales calls, presentations, negotiations, emails, proposals, and executive summaries.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring sustained focus, adaptability, and strong time management skills.
- • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity when engaging with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- • Work primarily in a professional office environment with extended computer use, virtual meetings, and phone communication, with occasional movement within the office or to offsite locations.
- • Handle minimal physical lifting of documents and office supplies; role is primarily sedentary with frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
- • Exercise strategic thinking to analyze client needs, evaluate opportunities, and synthesize data from CRM systems, market insights, and internal resources.
