- • As the first Solutions Consultant / Pre-Sales Engineer at Lemlist SAS, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue by bridging technical expertise with sales execution, working directly with Account Executives to influence complex deals and ensure customers achieve maximum value from day one through tailored technical enablement and onboarding.
- • You will collaborate closely with AEs on high-value sales cycles for both lemlist and Claap, preparing custom demo environments, leading technical discovery calls, and delivering advanced demo segments covering integrations, workflows, automations, and multi-product use cases to reduce friction and build technical credibility in enterprise and mid-market deals.
- • In partnership with KAMs, you will lead technical onboarding for top-tier customers, focusing on deliverability (DNS configuration, warm-up strategy, sending architecture), CRM and data integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, API usage), and guiding clients to build optimal outreach workflows using multi-step automation, AI-powered personalization, and tools like n8n.
- • You will design reusable demo environments and onboarding templates, establish trusted partnerships with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, and contribute to product feedback loops by surfacing real-world customer insights to Engineering and Product.
- • Over time, you will become the go-to technical expert for both lemlist and Claap, helping close mid-market and enterprise deals through technical excellence, reducing churn risk via high-quality onboarding, and building scalable processes and frameworks that will support future Solutions Engineering hires.
- • You will gain deep mastery of two innovative SaaS products — lemlist (sales engagement) and Claap (AI call intelligence) — while developing cross-functional influence across GTM teams, shaping pipeline conversion, customer adoption, and product usage in a fast-growing, profitable B2B SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Onboarding
- • Strong CRM knowledge, with Salesforce and HubSpot strongly preferred
- • Ability to run compelling, tailored demos — both functional and technical — and simplify complex workflows for non-technical audiences
- • Willingness or experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
- • English fluency is mandatory; another language is a plus
- • Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving orientation, and entrepreneurial proactivity
