📋 Description

• As Solutions Director for IT Asset Management at Astreya Partners, you will define and lead the global AI-first ITAM managed services strategy, directly impacting client outcomes, revenue growth, and operational scalability by translating business drivers into measurable value such as cost optimization, risk reduction, and lifecycle efficiency.
• You will serve as the executive ITAM subject matter expert for clients, pursuits, and internal stakeholders, owning solution design for enterprise and mid-market opportunities, authoring Statements of Work, leading RFP/RFI responses, and partnering with Sales and Account teams to position ITAM as a strategic managed service offering through executive-level presentations and deal shaping.
• You will govern end-to-end ITAM lifecycle services across hardware, software, and cloud assets, defining service catalogs, SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs, ensuring integration with ITSM, procurement, CMDB, and financial systems, while driving continuous improvement through automation, data quality, and process maturity initiatives.
• You will establish governance frameworks for licensing compliance, audit readiness, and contractual risk, leading audit response strategies, monitoring asset risk exposure, and ensuring alignment with software publishers, regulatory requirements, and client policies to mitigate financial and operational risk.
• You will lead and mentor ITAM solution architects, analysts, and service leaders, building scalable delivery models using onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources, identifying skill gaps, and driving training in ITAM, ITIL, and managed services delivery to strengthen team capability and service quality.
• You will represent the organization in client briefings, industry forums, and conferences, contributing to ITAM thought leadership through whitepapers and service frameworks, and refining solution methodologies to maintain competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years of progressive IT Asset Management experience with demonstrated success delivering ITAM as a managed service to external clients.
• Proven leadership in pre-sales, solution design, RFP responses, and SOW development for ITAM services.
• Strong background integrating ITAM with ITIL-based ITSM, procurement, supply chain, and financial processes.
• Enterprise ITAM and ITSM platform expertise (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Oomnitza, ManageEngine, Jira ITAM) and experience with asset lifecycle management, software license optimization, audit defense, and reporting/analytics using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Executive presence with strong storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills to engage C-level stakeholders and close complex services deals.
